Shipping policy

Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your package is picked up, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you. USPS transit times typically range from 1-3 days. However, exact delivery dates/times cannot be guaranteed once USPS takes possession, as delays may occur within their service.

Shipping costs are based on your order's total weight and delivery location. Please ensure accurate location information during checkout, as we are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses. By placing your order, you accept all shipping and associated fees.

Please note that we do not assume responsibility for lost or stolen packages. In such cases, you must contact your local post office to file a claim. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages due to being a small, growing business.

Currently, we only ship within the United States. Additionally, please be mindful that our candles are crafted from natural soy and coconut wax and should not be exposed to prolonged periods of high temperatures. Keep track of your shipping notifications for updates!
